For 3 months in 2017 I worked as an intern on the tactical game Broken Lines. The game features an interesting mix of turn-based planning phase of deliberation followed by a real-time execution phase of chaos. 

 

I worked on enemy AI and enemy design. I redesigned the entire AI structure and implemented AI collabaration and higher level planning, while still using the existing framework - (Apex Utility AI). Most of my contributions, including the new AI system, ended up in the current build of the game.

The game was released 25 Feb, 2020.
